AIDE AUDIO values your privacy and handles personal information according to the following policy.
We collect the email address you register with and order details related to payments (through an external payment platform). Payment information such as credit card numbers is processed securely by the external platform (Lemon Squeezy); AIDE AUDIO does not obtain or store it directly. This information is managed under strict controls.
In addition, when you explicitly click the in-plugin feedback feature (the dialog opened by clicking the product logo) or the "Send Log" button on an error banner, the message you wrote, error code, error message, plugin version, OS name, DAW name, and the most recent prompt text are transmitted to our servers. These transmissions operate on an opt-in, per-action consent basis and never occur automatically without user action. We do not collect crash dumps, stack traces, or any background telemetry.
Used for license management, activation, and important product updates. Optional feedback and diagnostic information that you choose to submit is used solely for product improvement and bug investigation. With your consent, we also use your email address to send emails about new releases, updates and special offers.
This site uses cookies to keep you signed in. Cookies for understanding site usage (analytics) are used only if you agree in the banner (see the next section). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to analyze how the site is used (traffic analysis). When it is active, information such as the URL of the pages you view, the referrer, your device and browser type, your approximate region, and a cookie identifier is sent to Google. This information does not include your name or email address. We do not use analytics cookies until you agree in the banner on the site. While you have not agreed, Google Consent Mode may still send cookieless, anonymous signals (pings) to Google. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. To disable Google Analytics collection, you can also use Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
AIDE AUDIO uses Lemon Squeezy for payments, Amazon SES for emails, and Google Analytics for traffic analysis. For AI sound and song generation, the text you enter and your current settings are sent to Anthropic (USA) or Google (USA) to generate the result; account information such as your email address is not sent. Except as necessary to use the services above or as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
If you delete your account from your Dashboard, your registered data is deleted and your licenses are deactivated. We will also delete feedback and diagnostic information you chose to submit if you request it through the contact form. However, certain payment records may be retained for a period as required by law.
Only with your consent (given at sign-up or via the "Email Preferences" setting in your Dashboard) will we send you emails about new releases, updates and special offers. This consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every such email, or from your Dashboard settings. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails, such as license delivery and account-related notices.
Personal information is handled by AIDE AUDIO. We will provide our address and the name of our representative without delay upon request through the contact form. Requests to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the personal information we hold can also be made through the contact form. If the Japanese and English versions of this policy differ, the Japanese version prevails.
