The purchased software may be used by the license purchaser (an individual or an organization) on the devices they use, up to the maximum number of simultaneous activations. Serial keys may not be shared with third parties.
AIDE AUDIO may provide software updates or modifications at its discretion. Technical support is provided through the contact form, but operation in every environment is not guaranteed.
AIDE AUDIO is not liable for damages arising from the use of the software or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by AIDE AUDIO. Where AIDE AUDIO is liable, its liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Please check the system requirements before use.
Payment processing and order management for this product are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the Merchant of Record.
AIDE AUDIO Studio Pass and AIDE AUDIO AI Pass (together, the "Subscriptions") are monthly subscription services.
Auto-renewal: Billing occurs automatically every month and continues until cancelled.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you can continue to use the contents of your plan until the end of the paid billing period.
AI usage limit: AI features can be used within a weekly usage limit (in credits) set for each account. The size of the limit depends on your plan: 150 credits per week for a free account, 1,000 credits per week for AI Pass, and 1,500 credits per week for Studio Pass. The limit resets every 7 days, counted from the date and time you first use AI on the account (the reset time is fixed for each user), and your usage in that period returns to 0 when it resets. A limit you did not use up does not carry over to the next period. When the paid period of a Subscription ends, the limit becomes that of a free account.
Bonus credits: A credit balance you held under the previous system is kept as bonus credits with no expiry. Bonus credits are used only after you have used up your weekly limit, and they do not expire or reset to 0 when a Subscription ends.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds after payment are generally not provided.
If AIDE AUDIO determines that you have breached these terms, AIDE AUDIO may suspend or delete your account and revoke your licenses without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. If the Japanese and English versions of these terms differ, the Japanese version prevails.
